The living space has two free-standing sofas which provide comfortable, sectional seating for the whole family. It's set around an upholstered footstool, TV stand and fireplace, which has a log-burner style electric fire. Step-through the patio doors on to the decking which is fully skirted.
In the kitchen, an L-shaped worktop unit partially sections the lounge off from the kitchen, while adding storage, a wine rack and a matt-finish sink looking out of the holiday home. The rustic style cupboards are stylish, with a sage green colour to the bottom, with cream cupboards above. The wood-effect worktops match the dining table, which seats four just off the kitchen space. There is an integrated fridge-freezer, gas hob and oven/grill, with an overhead extractor too.

Comprised of two bedrooms, the Debonair master-bedroom has a contemporary, large headboard with cupboards and shelving above and bedside cabinets to the side of the bed. Off the main room, there is an en-suite WC and washbasin adding a little privacy and a small vanity area so you can get ready for a night in the bar or heading out for a meal.

The twin room features matching headboards and above bed storage, while also having a tall wardrobe to the end of the bed.

A large shower cubicle in the main family shower room is accompanied by a washbasin atop a bathroom cabinet, with a mirrored cabinet above and the dual-flush WC is set at an angle.

Holiday Park Description:

The park is set in an elevated location between woodland and open fields. The park has a maximum of 110 permanent pitches, there are no ‘touring' pitches on the site. Due to it's elevated position the views are stupendous, from The Great Orme at Llandudno to the west, and the Wirral, Hilbre Island and Liverpool beyond, to the east, and panoramic sea views directly in front. This lodge is sited right on the edge of a former quarry which is now wooded over, so there are no other caravans or other obstacles to impede the view.

There are no leisure facilities on the site, so it is very quiet (but there are 3 public houses within walking distance) This site is a ‘sister' to Darwins Escapes Talacre Beach holiday park, and all their facilities, such as indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym, bars, restaurant, and play areas are available for your unlimited use. This site is just 1 mile away. There is also a shop /post office and fish & chip shop at the entrance to Darwins main site, and other shops and a bakery in Talacre village.

Prestatyn Town centre with it's excellent shopping centre is only 3 miles. The renowned Talacre beach with it's iconic lighthouse, and miles of golden sands is just a stones throw away with easy parking.
