We are a small family owned and run holiday park, consisting of 30 privately owned caravans and lodges. We are tucked away in the small hamlet of Treworgans, which backs onto Cubert common, leading to 3 of the north coast's best beaches( Holywell Bay, Poth Joke and Crantock)

On site we have a fully equipped laundry room and small enclosed play area for the children and a separate dog walking field

Important elements of your contract with us:

We are open 11 months of the year. 1st March through to 31st January

Your site fees will be linked to the rate of inflation for the entire lengh of your lease. This means that each year your site fees will only increase by the Rate of inflation

If after a period of time you decide you wanted to sell, You will have 3 options:

You can either sell it back to us, sell it privately on the Park or you may remove your Holiday Home and take it away.
