The 2018 Swift Bordeaux has undergone a stunning restyling from the 2017 version, with a modern yet sophisticated look throughout, patio doors to the front and an en-suite WC. As standard it comes with double glazing and central heating.
The lounge has two sofas, a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa in a cream fabric style with dark brown arms. The grey tones throughout the cupboards and backing board of the electric fireplace give it a modern and homely feel.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge which would provide extra space for guests, should you have friends or family holidaying with you. There is also floating shelves which are great for family pictures or ornaments to personalise your holiday home and make it your own.
The patio doors opening out from the front ensure lots of natural light fills in the open plan living space and would open nicely on to an L-shaped decking (not included). There is a coffee table which has 2 cylindrical stools underneath for additional seating if required.
There is a U-shaped kitchen which has matching dark grey cupboards below the white, 40mm deep worktops which are in Torano Marble' and have matching upstands. All cupboards have soft close hinges and the cupboards have brass effect handles, while the tiled backs look modern and fresh.
The 4-burner gas hob has a discrete extractor fan which vents externally, plus a gas oven and grill, while there is also an integrated fridge freezer and microwave included too!
Set just off the kitchen is a free-standing table and chairs. The chairs are Rochelle' chairs in Riverstone' while the table comes with a Toulouse' wood top and Halifax oak legs. It's a lovely dining suite which provides a great space to spend meal times together as a family.
Bedrooms are made up of one double room and one twin. The master room has a double bed with lift up storage and a Duvalay mattress. There are bedside cabinets with Jackson Pine' inset panels and over-bed storage. Again, you have brass effect handles, which match the curtain poles.
There are over-bed reading lights, and under locker LED strip lights meaning you can adjust the ambience as required. There is a vanity area with mirror and socket, plus plenty of wardrobe space.
The twin room is styled to match the main room, where you have two single beds, with a bedside cabinet in the middle, over-bed storage, a tall wardrobe and vanity area.
In the family shower room, there is a wash basin mounted on a shelf, with additional shelving above, including a mirror. There is a dual flush WC, large shower enclosure and an extractor fan.
This makes a superb, modern and contemporary styled holiday home which will be home to many fond memories. Ideal for a family or couple, it offers luxury and home-from-home comforts so you can maximise your holiday time.

Family Park, amazing views. Lots to do including lots of entertainment. Trips and events for owners. not too busy. They have crammed so much into this park that you won't know where to start! There's something different for every day, like Archery Coaching or a dip in the swimming pool. If you fancy a break, float your way along our lazy river, stroll through the nature trail or relax on the beach. For a fun-filled afternoon, you can grab your clubs and try our challenging 9-hole golf course and follow it up with dinner in the Hawkwood Restaurant.
