Holiday Park Description

The park is set in an elevated location between woodland and open fields. The park has a maximum of 110 permanent pitches, there are no touring' pitches on the site. Due to it's elevated position the views are stupendous, from The Great Orme at Llandudno to the west, and the Wirral, Hilbre Island and Liverpool beyond, to the east, and panoramic sea views directly in front. This lodge is sited right on the edge of a former quarry which is now wooded over, so there are no other caravans or other obstacles to impede the view.

There are no leisure facilities on the site, so it is very quiet (but there are 3 public houses within walking distance) This site is a sister' to Darwins Escapes Talacre Beach holiday park, and all their facilities, such as indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym, bars, restaurant, and play areas are available for your unlimited use. This site is just 1 mile away. There is also a shop /post office and fish & chip shop at the entrance to Darwins main site, and other shops and a bakery in Talacre village.

Prestatyn Town centre with it's excellent shopping centre is only 3 miles. The renowned Talacre beach with it's iconic lighthouse, and miles of golden sands
