Holiday Home Description
This Boston Lodge has stunning holiday home that provides everything you need for a home-from-home escape. It has double glazing, central heating and decking, plus much more!
At 40×20 there is plenty of space throughout. The lounge has front opening doors which open out on to decking meanwhile, back inside, there is one two seater sofa and one three seater lazy boy sofa with built in relaxing recliners. a wall-mounted TV with a stylish electric fire underneath.
The kitchen is well equipped and has intergraded Washer, Dishwasher, 70/30 Fridge Freezer, Oven Grill and Microwave should you want to cook in your holiday home. There is a U-shaped counters looking over towards the living area and a wall unit behind which means you have a home-from-home kitchen. There is a full wall of cupboards which includes an integrated washing machine,
The U-shaped kitchen has a cooking hob with extractor fan above, which gives a modern and luxurious touch. There is additional under-counter cupboards and an up-stand to the back of the hob.
Set just off the kitchen is a free-standing table with 4 chairs which provides a great place to sit down as a family to eat, or entertain guests.
In the bedrooms, there are two spacious rooms. The main room has an en-suite shower room, with washbasin and WC which gives some added privacy. At first glance, this bedroom appears to be lacking storage, but there is a walk-in wardrobe which has lots of draws, hanging space and shelving for your holiday clothes. The twin room is more spacious than a standard holiday home twin room, also has a walk in wardrobe with ample storage too.
The main bathroom has a bath, with over-head shower and splash screen. The washbasin is mounted on a vanity unit with mirror above and WC to the side.
Overall, this lodge provides a great option for those looking at lodge owners but are interested in pre-owned, an ideal upgrade for an existing owner or someone looking for a luxury holiday home. With double glazing, central heating, a large decking, this is a unique and quality holiday home.
